Privacy.

The short version: we only process what you send us through the forms, and we set analytics cookies only if you accept them.

Who we are

PixPax Studios (Pixmine AB, org. no. 559517-2833), Stockholm and Gothenburg, Sweden, is the controller for the personal data described here. Questions and requests: [email protected].

What we collect and why

Forms. When you send us ten SKUs or book a demo we receive the company name, your name, e-mail, phone number if you give it, your brief and the product images you upload. We use them to reply, run the test job or demo and, if you ask us to, prepare an offer. This is processing needed to take the steps you request before a contract (GDPR art. 6.1 b). When you pick a time for a demo, the booking itself is made with Calendly, which receives your name, e-mail and the chosen time and sends the invitation.

Analytics. With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to see how the site is used: pages viewed, device, approximate location from a shortened IP address. This sets the cookies _ga and _ga_* for up to two years. Nothing is loaded until you press Accept, and you can withdraw at any time with the button below (GDPR art. 6.1 a).

Technical logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and operations (GDPR art. 6.1 f).

Where it is stored and who sees it

Form submissions and images are stored with Supabase in the EU (Ireland) and are only accessible to the PixPax team. A notification e-mail with the submission is sent to us through Resend, also from the EU. Demo bookings are handled by Calendly, LLC (USA), which processes them under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and its own privacy notice. Google Analytics data is processed by Google; Google may transfer it outside the EU under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Form submissions and images are deleted when the test job or demo is finished and at the latest twelve months after our last contact, unless we start working together. Your cookie choice is kept in your browser for twelve months.

Your rights

  • Access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you.
  • Restrict or object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent to analytics at any time with the button below. Withdrawing does not affect processing that already took place.
  • Complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, imy.se) or the supervisory authority where you live.
