Who we are

What we collect and why
Forms. When you send us ten SKUs or book a demo we receive the company name, your name, e-mail, phone number if you give it, your brief and the product images you upload. We use them to reply, run the test job or demo and, if you ask us to, prepare an offer. This is processing needed to take the steps you request before a contract (GDPR art. 6.1 b).
Analytics. With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to see how the site is used: pages viewed, device, approximate location from a shortened IP address. This sets the cookies _ga and _ga_* for up to two years. Nothing is loaded until you press Accept, and you can withdraw at any time with the button below (GDPR art. 6.1 a).
Technical logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and operations (GDPR art. 6.1 f).
Where it is stored and who sees it
Form submissions and images are stored with Supabase in the EU (Ireland) and are only accessible to the PixPax team. A notification e-mail with the submission is sent to us through Resend, also from the EU. Google Analytics data is processed by Google; Google may transfer it outside the EU under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Form submissions and images are deleted when the test job or demo is finished and at the latest twelve months after our last contact, unless we start working together. Your cookie choice is kept in your browser for twelve months.
Your rights
- Access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you.
- Restrict or object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent to analytics at any time with the button below. Withdrawing does not affect processing that already took place.
- Complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, imy.se) or the supervisory authority where you live.
